Ocean plastic is retrieved by partner fleets across the North Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines.

Material sorting facility

Sorting & Cleaning

Plastics are sorted by type, washed, and shredded into uniform flakes at our Copenhagen facility.

Fiber spinning

Fiber spinning

Flakes are melted and extruded into fine filaments, then spun into yarn alongside organic cotton and Tencel.

Fabric weaving

Weaving & Dyeing

Yarn is woven into fabric at our Portuguese mill and dyed with low-impact, GOTS-certified pigments.

Cut and sewn in Denmark, shipped carbon-neutral worldwide. Each piece carries its ocean origin in every thread.
