Explore Our CoffeesOur Philosophy
We don't buy from brokers. We travel to the farm, sit with the producer, walk the rows of trees, and taste the previous harvest before committing to the next. Every relationship in our supply chain starts face to face.
Direct trade means the farmer sets the price — not a commodity market. It means we pay two to three times above Fair Trade minimums because quality deserves real investment, not a label on a bag.
When you brew Ember & Origin, you taste the result of years of partnership with producers who share our uncompromising standards.
Single Origin
Each lot is traceable to a single farm. Tasting notes reflect terroir, variety, and processing method.

Small batches roasted in our Portland roastery. Every lot receives a custom profile developed through weeks of cupping and refinement.
Step Three
Our panel evaluates each roast for balance, clarity, and character. Only lots that meet our sensory benchmarks earn the Ember & Origin name.
Step Four
Roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours. Your coffee arrives at peak flavor — never sitting on a shelf, always at its best.
