Our Studio
Mūla (Sanskrit for "root") was born from the belief that yoga should be accessible, warm, and free of pretension. Our sun-drenched studio features reclaimed wood floors, living walls, and carefully curated warmth.
Every detail — from the hand-thrown ceramics in our tea corner to the organic cotton blankets in restorative classes — is chosen to help you feel held. We keep classes small (max 16) so every student gets real attention.
