Pixel Forge was founded in 2019 in a Tokyo garage with one CRT monitor and an obsession. We believed the raw energy of arcade-era gaming — the immediacy, the glow, the "one more credit" compulsion — could be reforged for modern players.

Today, we're a team of 12 across Tokyo and Berlin. Every game we ship runs through our custom CRT simulation pipeline. Every pixel is deliberate. Every soundtrack starts on real 8-bit hardware before it's layered with modern synthesis.
