Fine Dining
Chef Lukas Brenner sources from the lodge's own alpine garden and local purveyors within a 30km radius. A 7-course tasting menu that shifts with the seasons — wild garlic in spring, elderflower in summer, porcini in autumn, truffle in winter.
The dining room opens onto a south-facing terrace where you can watch the last light paint the peaks in shades our guests call "the real alpenglow." An extensive Swiss wine cellar features vintages from Valais and Vaud.
