Coffee With
A Story To Tell

Every bean we source carries the fingerprint of its origin — the soil, the altitude, the hands that harvested it. We roast to reveal, never to mask.

Our roastery story

Our Story

Born From
a Single Bag

In 2018, we imported a single bag of green coffee from Yirgacheffe — 60 kilos, hand-selected at source. We roasted it in a rented garage on a second-hand Probat. That one bag taught us more than a thousand cups ever could.

Today, we work with twelve farms across six countries. Every lot is still selected by taste, roasted by hand, and shipped within 48 hours. The scale has changed, but the philosophy hasn't: origin is everything.

We don't blend to hide imperfections. We roast to reveal character — because every bean has a story, and that story starts long before it reaches us.
