Fast answers

Quick questions, before you come.

How do I know if I should come here or go to the ER?

If it’s chest pain, signs of stroke, severe trouble breathing, heavy bleeding or major trauma — call 911. For almost everything else (fever, flu, cuts, sprains, possible fractures, UTIs, dehydration), urgent care is faster and roughly 40% cheaper. We’ll tell you straight if you’d be better served at the ER.

When in doubt, call our triage nurse: (855) 555-1490.
Do you take my insurance, and what will it cost?

We accept the major plans — Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Anthem, Humana, plus Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare. For most insured visits you pay your standard copay at the desk, same as a specialist.

No insurance? The self-pay visit is a flat $149, posted on the wall before you sit down. That covers the visit, on-site X-ray and most minor procedures. We never bill you later.

Do I need an appointment?

No — walk in any day, 8:00–21:00. But Save Your Spot reserves a 10-minute arrival window so you skip the lobby. The form takes under a minute and we’ll text when a room is ready.

Spot reservations are open until the day is full, typically 6 same-day slots.
Do you see kids?

Yes — we see patients of all ages, including infants and toddlers, for fevers, ear infections, minor cuts, sprains and school/sports physicals. Several on-shift clinicians specialize in pediatric urgent care, and our rooms are stocked with kid-sized equipment and distracting stickers.

Save your spot

Reserve a slot in under a minute.

Walk-in is always welcome. Saving your spot just means you walk past the lobby and into a room. We’ll text you 10 minutes before your arrival window.

  • One short form — name, phone, what’s wrong.
  • Six same-day slots, refreshed as the day opens.
  • Bring an ID and your insurance card (or self-pay).
  • If it’s an emergency, dial 911 instead.
